Ordering and Payments

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order and secure your date. Payments can be made by bank transfer to the account details supplied by Blooming Art Stationery.

The balance is due at least six weeks before we start printing or at a date agreed at time of ordering if less than five weeks.

We strongly advise you to order additional spare invitations at the time of ordering, as re-orders will be deemed as a new order and subject to minimum numbers and new delivery date.

Seating Plans and Accessories

The balance is due ten weeks before delivery. In cases where the order is required in less than ten weeks then the full balance will be required.

We strongly advise, that you order all your stationery items that you may need at the same time. Supplies do become discontinued and this will lead to disappointment should we not be able to match all your stationery at a later date.

Supplying us with information

We ask that you supply us with the information we need digitally (via email or saved as a word document on disc and handed to us) with sufficient time to complete our work, we will advise you of our timescale on ordering.

As all work is finished by hand, we schedule work to specific times. A delay in supplying us information will cause you to miss your allocated work time, and result in your order being delayed. Blooming Art Stationery accepts no responsibility for the consequences of this delay, although we will always try to accommodate changes in delivery schedule.  If information is supplied after the agreed deadline, we reserve the right to make additional charges to complete the work on time.

We reserve the right to refuse to complete work if information is not supplied to us in sufficient time.

We require ALL amendments to proofs to be supplied in writing ( via email). This ensures we have a record of your changes for us to refer back to.

It is your responsibility to check that your guest names are supplied correctly for printing. We are unable to remake personalised name items (invitations, name cards, seating plan etc.) in this instance.

One set of proofs will be sent for each item ordered. It is the client’s responsibility to carefully proof read and check the design of the stationery. Production will begin once the proofs have been signed, dated and returned. Once the final proofs have been approved, Blooming Art Stationery cannot be held liable for any errors. The client will be responsible for any costs of correcting mistakes or for any changes to the design once the final proofs have been approved.

We supply hard copy proofs for invitations only.
